Hello - I’m so glad you found us!

We love telling stories, and capturing moments that can be re-lived and remembered for a lifetime. Our style is unobtrusive, relaxed and journalistic. We offer gentle direction when it’s needed but for the most part we love for you to try to forget we’re there and celebrate with your family and friends!

When you look back on your wedding day we don’t want you to remember the photographer asking you to hold awkward poses or feel that having portraits taken is taking you away from the party. We want you to remember laughing, playing and happy tears. To remember real emotions, what your partner said and what the day felt like, not what the photographer made you do.

We want you to do you! If that means a traditional wedding, great. If it’s so far from traditional it barely resembles a ‘wedding’- that’s awesome too! We’re all for something different, DIY weddings, meaningful traditions or mixing it up. And to us, it’s simple- love is love.

We only take on a limited amount of weddings per year, this is a choice so that we can fully dedicate myself & my team to your day and help you from start to finish. Planning a wedding can be pretty overwhelming. We offer a range of options that I’ve tried to make as easy as possible, but please get in touch if I’ve missed anything or the packages don’t suit your specific needs.

The elopement package

The Frankly Booth

Albums

Digital will never compare to beautiful printed images. An album could be your first family heirloom (Did you know the first anniversary is ‘paper’?) and is a wonderful way to not only remember your wedding day but to show friends and family. Our albums are works of art in themselves and are made to be displayed. After you have received your wedding images, I will start drafting your wedding album with the favourite images from the day. You’re in full control during the revision of the album and can change the images as you wish, add pages and so on.

My albums are printed on exquisite fine art archival, museum quality paper. All papers and inks are designed to last generations. Every album is handmade using beautiful matte paper that won’t discolour, turn yellow or fade over time. They have seamless binding for full panoramic display with not cuts or gutters so your images can be displayed flat without any distractions. We offer a wide range of options and covers come in a range of colours in either leather or cloth.

Questions?

How many photos will we get?

This is dependent on so many factors - coverage time, guests, location, weather etc…but you will end up with a minimum of 60 photos per hour of coverage. I don’t set a limit, I will give you as many as possible. You will receive them in high res & web ready files, in colour & B&W and all images professionally edited.

Will I get the images High Resolution? Can we print them ourselves?

Yep & of course you can! It makes me a bit sad to think of the images on a USB in a drawer somewhere. I give you all images ready for printing and it’s up to you what you’d like to do. I also offer professional prints if you’d like to order through me and the advantage is I know your prints better than anyone so can make sure they’re perfect, but no pressure to print with me.

How long after the wedding will we get the photos?

I will deliver a few sneak peeks to you within a couple of days of the wedding, with final delivery 4-6 weeks after the day. I always aim to be quicker than this but this lead time gives me a bit of wiggle room if it’s a particularly busy period. I will keep you updated along the way.

Do you travel?

Yes! We love to travel & try to make it as affordable as possible. Travel fees are included in packages for places within 2 hours of Brisbane CBD. For all other locations Australia wide & around the world please get in touch.

Do we feed you?

Yes please! It’s a long exhausting day and a vendor meal just at the reception is greatly appreciated. This keeps me working my best for you coz no-one likes a hangry photographer on the dance floor! (Most venues will offer a vendor meal at a discounted rate if you ask)

Do you do LBGTQI weddings?

We sure do. As far as we’re concerned love is love, and we love celebrating all couples. Everyone is welcome here.

We don’t know how to pose/We’re nervous?!

Don’t worry! It’s my job to make you relaxed in front of the camera and I have a few tricks up my sleeve. If you’re particularly worried I recommend booking a couples shoot so we can have a practice before the big day!

How do we book?

Simply get in touch and let me know and I’ll confirm my availability. There’s a 25% non refundable deposit required (which comes off your total) and a booking form to sign and we’re set! Oh, also I’ll probably do a little happy dance ;)
